Tom’s baseball career started in 1976 at Brookside High. He played 3 years on the varsity and was inducted into the school’s HOF. He was a 4 year starter at Mount Union College and in 1982 was captain and team MVP.

His amateur career started in the Cuyahoga AAA League and lasted 28 years. Tom was inducted into the Cuyahoga County AAA Hall of Fame in 1986. Tom holds many offensive records in the league.

Tom has been a long time member of NEO Roy Hobbs playing in every age group and as a player manager.

His coaching experience is almost as impressive. He has coached baseball for 22 years, 14 as head coach. He is currently head coach for Salem High School.
