For more than four decades, the Greater Akron Baseball Hall of Fame has honored the athletes, coaches, administrators, umpires, and supporters who helped build the rich baseball tradition of Summit, Portage, Medina, and Wayne Counties.
Induction Weekend brings together Hall of Famers, families, alumni, and baseball fans for a weekend of stories, celebration, and community.

Induction Weekend Event Details
Akron Rubber Ducks Game: August 21
Kick off Induction Weekend at Canal Park as inductees, Hall of Famers, family, and friends gather for a night at the ballpark.
Enjoy an evening of baseball, fellowship, and celebration as we honor this year’s class before the game.
Tickets: $18
Induction Banquet: August 23
The Induction Banquet is the centerpiece of the weekend — an evening dedicated to honoring the newest members of the Greater Akron Baseball Hall of Fame.
Hear the stories behind this year’s inductees, celebrate their accomplishments, and join the Akron baseball community for a memorable night of recognition and fellowship.
Tickets: $50 per person, $400 for a table of 8, $25 for under 12

Alumni Golf Outing: September 5
Continue the celebration at the Greater Akron Baseball Hall of Fame Alumni Golf Outing.
Reconnect with former teammates, coaches, and friends while supporting the ongoing mission of the Hall of Fame.
The event is a 4-person scramble with individual hole and team low score contests.
Registration: $125 per golfer
Time: 8:00am Registration, 9:00am shotgun start
