Eric Martin was a four-year letterman at Cuyahoga Falls High School, helping lead the Black Tigers to a Metro Championship and a State Runner-up finish during his freshman season. He concluded his high school career with a 21-8 pitching record and was named Pitcher of the Year three times.
During the summer, Eric played for the Akron-Canton A’s, where the program compiled an impressive 209-36 record. He was also named the team’s Pitcher of the Year on three occasions.
Eric spent six seasons in the International League with the Las Vegas Braves, earning six All-Star selections and two Pitcher of the Year honors.
As head coach of the Ohio Skyhawks for nine years, Eric guided the program to a 314-61 record, four World Series Championships, and three No. 1 national rankings by Pastime Sports.
